Jujutsu Kaisen expands with new exhibition and spin-off details

Gege Akutami is preparing a new phase for the Jujutsu Kaisen franchise, centered around a dedicated exhibition space titled ‘Ryouiki no’. The exhibition will focus on the creation of ‘Modulo’, a spin-off set in the year 2086. This sequel follows protagonists Yuka and Tsurugi Okkotsu as they encounter an extraterrestrial species known as the Simurians, shifting the series from traditional sorcery into new territory.

The exhibition will also feature previously unreleased documents and materials regarding the original manga's conclusion, specifically covering the Shinjuku battle scenes from volumes 28 to 30. The final stop of the exhibition tour is scheduled to take place at the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Triangle Plaza in Tokyo from December 25, 2026, to January 1, 2027.

In a related development, English voice actor Adam McArthur, who portrays the protagonist Yuji Itadori, discussed the series' evolution during the New York Comic Con 2026. McArthur noted that the third season of the anime enhances the series' cinematic qualities and explores deeper character development regarding Yuji’s role and purpose within the story.
