Jujuy court grants exclusive custody following child support abandonment

Regarding general child support obligations in Argentina, legal experts clarify that parental responsibility requires support payments until age 21, provided the child is not economically independent. This obligation can be extended to age 25 if the child is enrolled in university studies and can prove that their academic workload prevents them from self-sustaining.
