Jujuy municipalities advance infrastructure and urban policy exchanges

Municipal authorities in the Jujuy province of Argentina are advancing local infrastructure and inter-city cooperation. In San Pedro de Jujuy, Mayor Julio Bravo is overseeing the development of a synthetic hockey field at La Mielera. The project includes Olympic-standard fencing, locker rooms for local and visiting teams, referee facilities, accessible bathrooms, sewage extensions, spectator stands, and lighting to allow for nighttime use.

Simultaneously, officials in San Salvador de Jujuy hosted a delegation of council members from San Miguel de Tucumán. Led by Mayor Raúl Jorge, the meeting focused on exchanging experiences and public policies regarding urban transport and traffic management. The delegation aimed to discuss common urban challenges and regulatory frameworks to address transportation issues within their respective municipalities.
