Jujuy Province's technical tables boost labor dialogue and agreements

Secretary of Labor Fredy Berdeja highlighted the progress of the technical tables promoted by Governor Carlos Sadir in Jujuy. He noted that, for the first time, each table concluded with a formal act – a response to long‑standing union requests that adds transparency and enables tracking of commitments.

Berdeja proposed an annual schedule of three to four meetings per sector with pre‑set dates and times, allowing continuous discussion, evaluation of progress and concrete responses. He emphasized that permanent dialogue, planning and joint work are essential to build better labor policies and stronger relations between the state, unions and other workplace actors. "Constituyen una herramienta fundamental para fortalecer el diálogo y construir soluciones concretas" and "por primera vez, cada una de las mesas técnicas concluyó con la elaboración de un acta" were among his remarks.
