Jujuy to host “Vistiendo Raíces” fashion parade

The “Vistiendo Raíces” fashion parade is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 11, at the Cabildo in Jujuy. Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the event aims to promote the province as a destination by highlighting local textile design and ancestral techniques.

More than 10 award-winning local brands and entrepreneurs will participate, showcasing sustainable garments and traditional textures such as “picote” and “barracán.” The event, which is free to the public, will also feature textile art demonstrations and dance performances representing the four regions of the province.
