Jujuy Tourism Secretariat launches Gustar gastronomic training cycle

The Jujuy Tourism Secretariat has opened registration for the Gustar cycle, a series of three free virtual training sessions focused on gastronomy and territorial development. Scheduled for November 11, 19, and 24, the program aims to explore how regional foods connect to local identity and tourism potential.

The sessions feature various specialists: Claudia Bachur will discuss the relationship between food production and consumption on November 11, followed by Beatriz Barbera on November 19, who will present Mendoza’s Gastronomic Development Plan. The cycle concludes on November 24 with Diego Bresler, who will address methodological implementation for development based on regional identity.

Gustar is a national program designed to integrate tourism, culture, and production to highlight regional foods, traditional knowledge, and Argentine culinary experiences.
