Julia Stiles honors Heath Ledger with Dancing With the Stars tribute

Actress Julia Stiles performed an emotional tribute to her late '10 Things I Hate About You' co-star Heath Ledger during a recent episode of Dancing With the Stars. Performing alongside professional partner Ezra Sosa, Stiles danced to Frankie Valli’s “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You,” a song featured in a pivotal scene from the 1999 film.

Before the performance, Stiles revealed she sought permission from Ledger’s former partner, Michelle Williams, to ensure the dedication was appropriate. The routine concluded with a surprise reunion on stage featuring several former cast members, including Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Larisa Oleynik, Gabrielle Union, Andrew Keegan, and Susan May Pratt.

Actor David Krumholtz, who played Michael Eckman in the film, was notably absent from the reunion. Krumholtz explained via Instagram that he was unable to attend due to filming commitments in the Catskill Mountains of upstate New York, though he expressed his pride in Stiles’ performance and his continued remembrance of Ledger.
