Julia Stiles honors Heath Ledger on Dancing with the Stars

Actress Julia Stiles delivered an emotional tribute to her late co-star Heath Ledger during a special “Dedication Night” episode of Dancing with the Stars. Performing a contemporary routine with professional partner Ezra Sosa, Stiles used the song “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You,” which famously featured Ledger’s character serenading her in the 1999 film “10 Things I Hate About You.”

The performance concluded with a poignant moment where Stiles placed a rose on the floor as a poem from the film was recited. She was then joined on the ballroom floor by several former cast members, including Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gabrielle Union, Larisa Oleynik, Susan May Pratt, and Andrew Keegan, creating a rare reunion of the film’s ensemble.

Stiles reflected on Ledger’s legacy, describing him as “magnetic” and noting his ability to make those around him shine. The tribute received high marks from the judges, earning a total score of 36 out of 40.
