Julia Strada to visit Necochea for economic debate

National Deputy Julia Strada is scheduled to visit the Necochea and Lezama regions in the Buenos Aires province on October 8 and 9. The visit includes tours of technical schools, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and local companies to observe regional productive and educational activities.

The visit will culminate on Friday, October 9, with an open public lecture at the Centro Cultural Necochea - Biblioteca Popular Andrés Ferreyra titled “La economía en la Argentina actual: ¿Orden macro o tierra arrasada?”. The event aims to facilitate community discussion regarding the national economic scenario and its impact on employment, production, income, and daily life.

Strada, an economist and director of the Centro de Economía Política Argentina (CEPA), expressed concern regarding the country's economic situation, specifically citing job losses and economic stagnation. She emphasized the importance of face-to-face debate to address the current crisis and develop potential solutions.
