Julia von Stein Criticizes Deep Plane Facelift Results, Plans New Surgery

Polish celebrity Julia von Stein detailed her extensive deep plane facelift performed last year when she was 29. The nine‑hour operation combined a deep‑plane lift of the lower face and neck, chin shaving, endoscopic brow and eye lifts, a Foxy Eye procedure, forehead smoothing, temple fillers, fat grafts under the eyes, and a lip lift.

In a recent YouTube video she expressed disappointment, saying she had hoped for a miracle after spending a fortune on a leading surgeon, but the outcome left her feeling “like a monster.” She announced she will undergo another procedure with a different plastic surgeon, hoping the next operation will be successful.
