Julie Andrieu criticizes France Télévisions over departure

Culinary presenter Julie Andrieu has spoken out regarding her departure from France Télévisions, expressing dissatisfaction with how her tenure ended. After hosting 'Les Carnets de Julie' for over ten seasons and 245 episodes, Andrieu revealed that the program was ultimately cut due to a cost-saving plan.

Andrieu noted that the transition was difficult because she received 'no news for a year and a half' regarding the future of her show, a period she described as particularly uncomfortable following a decade of collaboration.

She has since moved to the channel T18, where she hosts 'Les Voyages de Julie.' This new program expands her focus beyond French gastronomy to explore various European destinations, including Rome, Naples, and Venice.
