Julie Dahl appointed CEO of IRES MLS

IRES MLS, a multiple-listing service for real estate professionals in Northern Colorado and parts of the Front Range, has appointed Julie Dahl as its new chief executive officer. Dahl, a 23-year veteran of the organization, will assume the role in the coming weeks.

Dahl previously held several leadership positions at IRES, including director of operations, vice president of industry relations, and most recently, chief operating officer. The IRES MLS Board of Managers selected her based on her extensive organizational knowledge and industry relationships. As CEO, she intends to focus on customer service, staff support, and operational strengthening amidst changes in the real estate landscape.

She succeeds Jeff Bosch, who is transitioning to a new role as CEO of the Arizona Regional MLS. Bosch will remain with IRES for a period before moving to his new position in Arizona.
