Julien Beaumer replaces Chance Hymas for Team USA at Motocross of Nations

Julien Beaumer has been named as the replacement for Chance Hymas on Team USA for the upcoming Motocross of Nations in Ernée, France. The decision follows a wrist injury sustained by Hymas during free practice at the SMX World Championship finale in Missouri.

Medical evaluations and a CT scan revealed small fractures in two of Hymas’ wrist bones, alongside potential ligament damage. This injury prevents Hymas from making his MXGP-class debut at the event, which is scheduled for October 2-4.

Team USA Manager Mike Pelliter confirmed that Beaumer, a 19-year-old KTM rider, will join Cooper Webb and Levi Kitchen. Beaumer will compete in the MXGP class on a KTM 450. The team is scheduled to depart for France on Tuesday.
