Julián Quiñones absent from Al Qadsiah match against Abha

Mexican forward Julián Quiñones was notably absent from the Al Qadsiah squad during their Saudi Pro League match against Abha. Despite being a regular starter for the club, Quiñones did not appear in the starting lineup or as a substitute for the fixture.

The specific reason for his absence has not been officially disclosed by Al Qadsiah. Following the FIFA international break, where he missed time with the Mexican national team due to injury, Quiñones had played in recent matches against Al Kholood and Pakhtakor in the AFC Champions League. It remains unclear if his absence is due to rest, a recurring injury, or other circumstances.

In his absence, Mateo Retegui scored the lone goal in Al Qadsiah’s 1-0 victory over Abha.
