Julián Quiñones wins Roshn Saudi League Golden Boot

Mexican striker Julián Quiñones has been named the top scorer of the 2025-2026 Roshn Saudi League season. Playing for Al-Qadsiah, Quiñones finished the campaign with 33 goals, surpassing Ivan Toney (32 goals) and Cristiano Ronaldo (28 goals).

His performance marked a historic season for the league, as it was the first time two players exceeded the 30-goal threshold in a single campaign. Quiñones was also named Player of the Match 14 times and became only the fifth player in league history to achieve four hat-tricks in one season.

In a recent match against Al-Ittihad, Quiñones faced significant officiating challenges when three of his potential goals were disallowed by VAR due to offside decisions. Despite the disallowed goals, his scoring prowess remains a central feature of Al-Qadsiah's offensive strategy.
