Julio César Rodríguez questions legal discrepancies in recent accidents

Journalist Julio César Rodríguez has raised questions regarding the differing legal procedures applied following recent traffic accidents involving José Antonio Neme and singer Fran Maira. During his YouTube program ‘Seré Weón?’, Rodríguez addressed the public debate comparing how authorities handled each case.

Rodríguez recalled being present at the Clínica Alemana de La Dehesa following Maira’s accident in February. He described a heavy police presence, noting that despite her father’s inquiries regarding her ability to leave the clinic due to shock, authorities insisted she must be taken into custody.

In contrast, the presenter questioned why Neme was not detained after impacting a motorcyclist. Rodríguez stated that the discrepancy in treatment is a legitimate concern for the public and called upon the Fiscalía to provide an official explanation for the different protocols used in these two instances.
