July 2026 adds dozens of new movies to major streaming services
Streaming platforms expanded their libraries in early July 2026 with a mix of original releases and notable catalog titles. Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Apple TV, Prime Video, Shudder, Paramount+, Peacock and others introduced Lee Cronin's horror‑re‑imagining of The Mummy, as well as other genre films and true‑crime series.
Among the highlighted releases, Netflix added "Enola Holmes 3" starring Millie Bobby Brown, while Paramount+ debuted Richard Linklater’s "Everybody Wants Some!!!". Netflix also streamed the classic "A League of Their Own" and the cult horror film "The Witch". Additional offerings on Prime Video included Ben Stiller’s "Tropic Thunder" and other varied titles across comedy, thriller and documentary genres.
The additions aim to give subscribers fresh content for summer viewing, spanning horror, comedy, sports dramas and documentary series about sharks and other wildlife.
