July 2026 Italian manager reputation rankings put Illy CEO Cristina Scocchia and Pier Silvio Berlusconi at top

The Top Manager Reputation observatory released its July 2026 rankings for Italian managers. In the Food & Retail sector, Illy CEO Cristina Scocchia retained the lead with a score of 69.96, a modest rise from the previous survey. She was followed by Giovanni Ferrero of Ferrero and Oscar Farinetti, founder of Eataly. Nestlé Italy’s Marco Travaglia moved up to seventh place, while other notable names such as Francesco Mutti, Maura Latini (Coop Italia) and Giuseppe Lavazza appeared in the top ten.

In the overall manager reputation list, Pier Silvio Berlusconi, head of MFE‑MediaForEurope and Mediaset, topped the online reputation ranking for the third consecutive year. His position reflects the group’s recent European expansion, including the integration of ProSiebenSat.1, entry into Portugal and a new pan‑European editorial strategy.
