Jun Hyun-moo and Lee Joon explore local life in Da Nang and Hue

In the second episode of the MBN travel program ‘This Is Hyun-moo Road’, Jun Hyun-moo and Lee Joon explored local life in Da Nang and Hue, Vietnam, opting for authentic experiences over typical tourist attractions.

In Da Nang, the pair visited Bai Da Beach instead of the crowded My Khe Beach and frequented the local Bak Mian Market rather than the well-known Han Market. They sampled various local dishes, including Banh Can, Banh Xeo, and Mi Quang, with Jun Hyun-moo praising the food as superior to Michelin-starred establishments. During their time in the city, Jun Hyun-moo expressed a desire to avoid filming in areas heavily populated by Korean tourists to maintain the authenticity of their journey.

The duo then traveled four hours by train to Hue. During the journey, they enjoyed VIP seating and participated in an impromptu dance session following a live performance by a local singer. Upon arriving in Hue, they utilized ‘xe om’ motorcycles to reach local eateries, where they were recognized by Vietnamese residents. Lee Joon noted the unique experience of being recognized as an actor rather than an idol by local fans.
