Jundiaí opens tourism route registration and launches gastronomy development project

The municipality of Jundiaí, Brazil, has opened an online registration system for businesses that are part of its ten official tourism routes, which include wineries, breweries, farms, restaurants and other attractions. Existing participants must update details such as address, contact information and operating hours, while new enterprises can apply for inclusion. The initiative aims to keep official tourism information current, increase visibility for local attractions and stimulate the city’s economy.

In parallel, Sebrae‑SP, together with the Jundiaí City Hall and Senac, announced the launch of the “Projeto Gastronomia Di Jundiahy.” The free program will offer diagnostics, training, collective and individual consulting, and experience‑development activities for small food‑service businesses operating on the wine, Italian culture, beer and other local routes. Erika Miguel de Jesus of Sebrae‑SP said the project will help “qualify and strengthen small entrepreneurs in the food sector,” while municipal tourism secretary Marcela Moro highlighted gastronomy as a key differentiator for Jundiaí’s tourism appeal.
