Juniata County Marching Band announces boy band themed field show

The Juniata County Marching Band has announced its 2026 field show, titled ‘Battle of the Boy Bands.’ The production is designed to elicit high audience engagement by utilizing nostalgic pop and soul hits.

Directed by Brad Eargle, the performance will feature a selection of songs spanning several eras, including Motown, 1990s pop, and modern stadium music. The setlist includes ‘My Girl’ by The Temptations, ‘I Want It That Way’ by the Backstreet Boys, ‘Bye, Bye, Bye’ by N*SYNC, and ‘Drag Me Down’ by One Direction.

Band staff noted that the repertoire offers diverse musical challenges for the students, ranging from smooth brass phrasing and vocal blend to high-tempo rhythmic drive and stamina.
