Junior Dina Ebimbe criticizes player treatment at Eintracht Frankfurt
Junior Dina Ebimbe, who recently joined FC Schalke 04 from Eintracht Frankfurt for 800,000 euros, has criticized the treatment of players at his former club. Following a successful start with Schalke, including a starting appearance in a match against FC Bayern München, the 25-year-old winger reflected on his four-year tenure in Frankfurt.
Ebimbe noted that while his first year under former coach Oliver Glasner was positive, his situation deteriorated under subsequent management. He described the treatment of players at Frankfurt as “questionable” and “a bit rough,” stating, “The way players are treated is sometimes questionable.” While he declined to provide specific details, he remarked that “everyone knows how it goes there.”
Despite his criticisms, Ebimbe expressed respect for the club and its fans. He indicated that he has spent time reflecting on his own mistakes during that period as he seeks to move forward with his career at Schalke.
