Juniper Hotels to develop luxury hotel in Dwarka, New Delhi

Juniper Hotels Limited has entered into an agreement with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to develop a luxury five-star hotel in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi. The project, which will be operated under the Grand Hyatt brand in partnership with Hyatt, is expected to be completed by 2030.

The development involves a capital expenditure estimated between INR 850 crore and INR 1,000 crore. The hotel will feature approximately 550 keys and is situated overlooking the Dwarka Golf Course. Its location is strategically positioned near the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, the Dwarka Sports Complex, and a proposed diplomatic enclave.

The project is expected to generate significant economic activity, including the creation of approximately 800 direct jobs. Over a 55-year license period, the DDA projects the hotel could generate more than INR 6,000 crore in revenue.
