Junk Garage to launch new spicy garlic pork shabu ramen

Junk Garage, a ramen chain primarily operating in Saitama Prefecture, has announced the launch of a new menu item, ‘Garlic Pork Shabu Spicy Ramen’. The new dish is scheduled to be available at all locations starting October 21.

The spicy version builds upon the existing ‘Garlic Pork Shabu Ramen’ by adding a stimulating spicy flavor to the savory pork and garlic base. The menu offers various sizes, including regular (1,040 yen), large (1,140 yen), and double (1,240 yen). The original non-spicy pork shabu ramen will remain on the menu to allow customers to choose based on their preference.

Operated by Matsufuji Food, Junk Garage specializes in high-volume ramen and mazesoba, focusing on rich soups and substantial toppings.
