Junki Yokono to host Life Kinetik workshops at Sapporo Ei-One Stadium

Junki Yokono will conduct Life Kinetik workshops, described as brain and body exercises, at the Sapporo Ei-One Stadium. These sessions are designed as game-like exercises that stimulate the brain through physical movement.

The workshops are open to participants aged 18 and older, regardless of age or previous exercise experience. Scheduled dates include October 22, November 11, November 25, December 8, and December 23. The participation fee is 1,300 yen per session, and registration is available through the official website.
