Junín council requests reports on municipal housing policies

The Fuerza Patria council bloc in Junín has submitted a communication project requesting the Municipal Executive to report on current housing policies. Councilwoman Clara Bozzano stated that the housing deficit remains a primary issue in the district, noting frequent demands from residents for access to dignified social housing.

The project seeks detailed information regarding housing policies and urban land access. Specifically, the council is requesting data on the number of families in need of housing, the characteristics of that demand, and the location of irregular settlements or lots within the city.

Following the approval of this project, the Municipality of Junín must provide information on the organizational structure, functional dependency, staffing, and budget allocated to the Municipal Agency of Lands and Housing for the 2025 and 2026 fiscal years. Additionally, the municipality must confirm whether it has formally adhered to Provincial Law No. 14.449 regarding Just Access to Habitat.
