Junta de Castilla y León to expand PEMA business park

The Junta de Castilla y León has initiated an administrative procedure to expand the Parque Empresarial del Medio Ambiente (PEMA) in Garray and increase the size of available industrial plots.

The modification aims to expand the park's total area from 150 hectares to 230 hectares. This decision follows increased demand from companies seeking larger industrial plots, which the current land structure and ownership cannot fully accommodate. The project seeks to increase the supply of net industrial land within the park to meet these business needs.

The proposal has entered a 45-day public exhibition phase, allowing administrations and individuals to submit allegations or observations regarding the modification.
