Jurassic World: Dominion to air on Japan's Friday Road Show on July 31

The seventh installment of the Jurassic World franchise, "Jurassic World: Dominion," will be broadcast in Japan on July 31 at 21:00 as part of NTV’s "Friday Road Show" lineup. The telecast presents a 40‑minute expanded version of the film, shown without cuts.

Directed by Gareth Edwards and scripted by David Cope, the movie stars Scarlett Johansson as the series’ first female lead, Zola Bennett, alongside Mahershala Ali and Jonathan Bailey. Japanese voice‑over artists include Matsumoto Wakana (Zola) and Kusunoki Daiten (Duncan). The broadcast also lists production overseers Steven Spielberg and Dennis L. Stewart.

The film continues the long‑running, high‑grossing series – which has generated over ¥9.4 trillion worldwide – and marks its first terrestrial television debut in Japan, the network noting the event will bring the franchise’s signature dinosaur‑action to a broader audience.
