Jurin AI expands to Singapore and United Kingdom

Jurin AI Inc., a developer of AI agents for high-performing enterprises, has been selected for the Singapore and United Kingdom courses of the 2026 X-HUB TOKYO Global Startup Accelerator Outbound Program. The program is organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and operated by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).

The company aims to leverage its experience deploying AI agents within large Japanese enterprises to enter Southeast Asian and European markets. Notable existing deployments include Nishikawa Co., Ltd., where AI agents handle approximately 900 to 1,000 customer inquiries monthly, and Mitsubishi Estate Residence, where an AI-powered knowledge system increased answer accuracy from 17% to over 80%.

In Singapore, Jurin AI will work with ATUM Ventures to explore multilingual customer support and workflow automation. In the United Kingdom, the company will collaborate with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) to build relationships with local industry experts and potential partners.
