Jussittaret wins women's Superpesis championship

Jussittaret has secured the women's Superpesis championship after winning a highly competitive final series against Manse. The deciding match was won 3–2 in a series that pushed both teams to their limits.

The championship victory follows a period of steady progression for Jussittaret, moving from a fourth-place finish in 2023 to a bronze medal the following year. Key contributors to this season's success included Riikka Polso, Aino-Kaisa Mantere, and the rising talent Matilda Niskakangas. The addition of Tiia Peltonen as a primary substitute also strengthened the roster.

The final deciding game was played under challenging weather conditions, with heavy rain making field play difficult and affecting ball movement. Despite the environmental difficulties and the intense pressure of the series, Jussittaret managed to overcome the long-standing dominance of Manse to claim the title.
