The Justice and Development Party (PJD) parliamentary group in the Moroccan House of Representatives has submitted four legislative proposals aimed at combating corruption and enhancing transparency. The proposals were filed on Friday, October 23, 2026, in accordance with the House's internal regulations.

The four legislative initiatives include:

1. Preventing and combating conflicts of interest, which includes criminalizing the leaking of privileged information to obtain benefits. 2. Criminalizing illicit enrichment to address significant and unjustified increases in wealth. 3. Protecting public officials who report acts of corruption within government administrations. 4. Unifying and updating legislation regarding the mandatory declaration of assets to strengthen the monitoring of officials' financial status.

According to a statement signed by party leader Driss Alzami Al-Idrissi, these measures are part of the party's electoral program and follow commitments made during the discussion of the government program on October 22.
