Justice Ministry staff in Pamplona report poor working conditions
Justice Ministry professionals in Pamplona are reporting severe degradation of working conditions following an organizational reform implemented on January 1. Staff members claim they are facing extreme overcrowding, with personnel numbers in certain workspaces doubling from nine to 18 people.
Workers report that this congestion has led to constant noise, poor ergonomics, and acoustic stress, resulting in an increase in medical leave. There are also allegations of a lack of transparency regarding the use of vacant offices within the same building, which remain unused despite the overcrowding in adjacent spaces.
