Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati sworn in as J&K and Ladakh High Court Chief Justice

Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati has been sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court. The oath of office was administered by Ladakh Lieutenant-Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena.

Justice Bhati, previously a judge at the Rajasthan High Court, was recommended for the position by the Supreme Court Collegium in August. His legal background includes extensive practice in writ jurisdiction, service laws, and representing various bodies, including the Reserve Bank of India and Indian Railways.
