Justin Hubner faces criticism following Indonesia's ASEAN Cup win

Indonesian defender Justin Hubner has faced criticism for his conduct following Indonesia's FIFA ASEAN Cup victory over Thailand. Fans and observers, including social media user Street Kaka, labeled Hubner's actions as unprofessional after he reportedly pushed Thai player Nattapong Sayriya during celebrations, an act viewed as a potential provocation that could have incited a larger confrontation.

Thailand captain Chanathip Songkrasin also addressed the need for sportsmanship, stating that players must respect winners regardless of the match outcome. While he did not name Hubner directly, his comments regarding the behavior of the celebrating team were widely attributed to the Indonesian defender.

In a related development, Jennifer Coppen, Hubner's wife, has drawn attention from Malaysian social media users for her public displays of pride in her husband's success. This follows previous tensions between supporters of the Indonesian and Malaysian national teams. Coppen has requested that netizens refrain from involving her child in the ongoing social media disputes.
