After more than 30,000 votes in WBKR's "She Thinks Her Construction Worker’s Sexy Photo Contest," Justin Naylor of E&B Paving secured the top spot with 6,151 votes. The contest, run by the Tri‑State radio station, highlighted Naylor’s work‑site presence and community role, noting his duties as a volunteer firefighter.

As the winner, Naylor received a three‑day, two‑night stay at the Holiday Inn Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. The station thanked all nominees and voters for a lively competition and hinted at possible future categories such as mechanics, linemen or electricians.
