Justin Picker builds 30-property real estate portfolio worth 301 billion VND

Justin Picker, a 33-year-old Australian man born in 1993, has built a real estate portfolio consisting of 30 properties. The total value of his holdings is estimated to be between 15 million and 16 million AUD (approximately 282 to 301 billion VND).

Picker started his career with a communications degree and a salary of 40,000 AUD per year in Sydney. Realizing that a traditional office salary would not be sufficient to enter the housing market, he and his wife transitioned into sales to increase their income through commissions. To save money, the couple lived with his parents after marriage.

A trip to Hong Kong served as a turning point, where observing high property prices convinced him of the significant growth potential within the Australian real estate market.
