Justin Sun sues actress Jing Tian over 30 million yuan dispute

Sun’s lawyer, Zhang Qihuai, confirmed the case has been officially filed, noting that the parties were previously in a relationship and had discussed marriage before separating earlier this year.
The dispute has sparked intense public debate following Sun’s lengthy social media posts, which included allegations regarding a failed surrogacy arrangement. Sun claimed he had provided significant funds for such a procedure, while Jing Tian’s studio has issued strong denials, accusing Sun of attempting to “use [her] reputation as leverage” and stating that the matter will be resolved through the legal system.
Binance founder Changpeng Zhao also weighed in on the controversy, advising against using personal attacks that could damage professional careers. Sun has since expressed a desire to move past the conflict, stating that the legal process will handle the remaining issues.
