Justina Bustos and Máximo Pardo open Barrito Cantina in Palermo

Actress Justina Bustos and her partner Máximo Pardo have inaugurated Barrito Cantina, a new gastronomic establishment located in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The project, which began as an online delivery service specializing in artisanal empanadas, has expanded into a physical restaurant at Nicaragua 4618.

Bustos noted that the venture provides greater professional flexibility following the birth of her daughter in January. The founders spent months developing a menu of signature recipes and designing the brand's visual identity. The opening event featured several public figures, including Lali Espósito and Mery del Cerro. The brand previously gained attention when Spanish singer Rosalía shared images of their empanadas on social media.
