Juventus intensify chase for Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee

Juventus have confirmed a strong interest in acquiring Manchester United forward Joshua Zirkzee. The Italian club, which has already completed the signings of Randal Kolo Muani and Kerim Alajbegovic this summer, is looking to add Zirkzee as a versatile attacker capable of playing as a centre‑forward or dropping deeper to link play.

Manchester United are reportedly open to a loan move for Zirkzee, with the possibility of a mandatory purchase clause, according to several reports. Juventus technical director Frederic Massara is leading the negotiations and has been in contact with the player’s agent and United officials.

Zirkzee’s time at Old Trafford has been limited: he has made 24 Premier League appearances this season, only five of them as a starter, and has scored five goals in 56 league matches overall for United. Juventus see the Dutch striker as a way to bolster their attack after the arrivals of Kolo Muani and Alajbegovic, while United hope a loan with performance‑related triggers could free up space in their forward line.
