Kenan Yildiz undergoes successful foot surgery
Juventus player Kenan Yildiz has undergone successful surgery to repair a fracture at the base of the fifth metatarsal in his left foot. The procedure was performed at the Augsburg Hessingpark Klinik by Dr. Martin Jordan, with club physician Dr. Marco Freschi in attendance. Yildiz, who sustained the injury during a match against Frosinone, is expected to be sidelined for approximately two to three months, potentially missing significant fixtures in Serie A and the Europa League, as well as upcoming international matches with the Turkish national team.
The club is also facing further injury concerns in its attacking lineup. Osase Ekhator has been diagnosed with a medium-grade tear of the semitendinosus muscle in his right thigh. Ekhator is expected to be out for approximately two months, pending further medical evaluations in two weeks. These simultaneous absences leave Juventus with limited options in their offensive rotation as they prepare for upcoming matches, including a high-profile fixture against Milan.
