Juventus monitoring Ismaël Koné amid injury recovery

Juventus is reportedly monitoring Sassuolo midfielder Ismaël Koné as a potential addition to their squad. The 24-year-old Canadian central midfielder has demonstrated significant presence in Serie A, recording 6 goals and numerous appearances for Sassuolo.

However, any potential transfer negotiations are currently on hold due to a serious injury sustained by Koné during a match between Canada and Qatar. The player suffered a displaced fracture of the tibia and fibula, requiring surgery and a lengthy rehabilitation process. Initial medical estimates suggested a recovery period of six to nine months.
