Juventus Stadium to host 2028 Conference League final

UEFA has selected the Juventus Stadium in Turin to host the 2028 Conference League final, scheduled for May 24, 2028. The decision follows a joint candidacy involving Juventus, the City of Turin, the Piedmont Region, and Federalberghi Torino.

Gabriele Gravina, acting as the deputy vice-president of UEFA and head of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), expressed satisfaction with the selection, noting that he had personally initiated the candidacy during his tenure as FIGC president. Gravina also addressed internal Italian football politics, rejecting suggestions of a federal commission for the FIGC and calling for greater respect for the federation's autonomy.

Local officials, including Turin Mayor Stefano Lo Russo and Piedmont President Alberto Cirio, welcomed the announcement as a recognition of the city's ability to host major international sporting events. The stadium has previously hosted high-profile matches, including the 2014 Europa League final and the 2022 Women's Champions League final.
