Juventus targets Brazilian talent and plans Loïs Openda sale

Juventus is actively managing its squad and transfer strategy, focusing on both long-term talent acquisition and the sale of current players. The club is reportedly targeting several Brazilian talents, including André and Breno Bidon from Corinthians, Matheus Martinelli from Fluminense, and Gabriel Bontempo from Santos, to bolster its midfield.

Regarding existing players, Juventus has decided not to include Belgian striker Loïs Openda in its plans for the upcoming season. Openda is currently on a loan spell at Olympique Lyonnais (OL) that does not include a purchase option. Following his improved performances in France, where he has recorded two goals and one assist in nine matches, Juventus intends to leverage his increased market value to negotiate a permanent sale to Lyon in the summer of 2027. While OL is interested in a permanent transfer, the high cost remains a factor, as Juventus originally acquired the player for 46 million euros.
