Juventus targets Pierre-Emile Højbjerg from Marseille
Juventus is reportedly preparing a move to sign midfielder Pierre-Emile Højbjerg from Olympique de Marseille during the upcoming winter transfer window. The Italian club is looking to strengthen its midfield and may consider selling Teun Koopmeiners to create space for the Danish international.
Marseille is facing financial pressure to sell key players to avoid potential sanctions from UEFA and the DNCG. Højbjerg, who is under contract until June 2028, is estimated to be worth between 10 and 15 million euros. While no formal agreement has been reached, Juventus has reportedly used the international break to monitor the player and intends to enter discussions with his representatives soon.
Højbjerg is said to be seeking an ambitious project at a major European club, a profile that aligns with Juventus's current reconstruction phase.
