Juventus Targets West Ham Defender Jean‑Claude Todibo Amid Club’s Relegation Crisis

Juventus are reportedly preparing a move for 26‑year‑old French centre‑back Jean‑Claude Todibo, who currently plays for West Ham United. West Ham’s recent drop to the Championship has created a significant financial burden, prompting the club to consider off‑loading the €22 million‑valued defender.

Italian media say Juventus see Todibo as a potential defensive safeguard, especially if key defender Gleison Bremer departs for Galatasaray, which has offered the Brazilian €8 million a season. The Turin side is evaluating a loan arrangement that could later become permanent, leveraging West Ham’s need to balance its books after activating a £36.3 million buy‑out clause for the player.
