Juventus Women defeat Napoli Women 3-1 in Serie A opener

Juventus Women secured a 3-1 victory against Napoli Women in their opening match of the 2026/27 Serie A Women season. Following the match, coach Isaac Guerrero praised the team's personality and ability to remain composed after falling behind 0-1 early in the game.

Guerrero noted that the squad faced significant physical challenges due to a heavy schedule, having played 120 minutes and a penalty shootout in a final less than three days prior. He highlighted the individual contributions of players such as Bartel and Sarriegi, while also noting areas for improvement regarding space management during the second half.
