Headquartered in Taipei, the company has transitioned from a solar developer into a diversified energy and infrastructure group covering renewable energy, green electricity trading, battery storage, water treatment, and AI infrastructure.

In 2026, J&V Energy expanded its renewable capacity by acquiring 42 solar plants totaling 187 MW. This acquisition is expected to bring the group’s total annual solar generation potential to approximately 520 million kWh. The company’s footprint extends across Taiwan, Japan, Australia, and the Philippines.
