JVM and Imiine report strong third-quarter growth
South Korean companies JVM and Imiine have reported significant increases in their third-quarter financial results, driven by international demand and high-value product lines.
JVM, a subsidiary of Hanmi Science, reported third-quarter revenue of 40.5 billion won and an operating profit of 9.9 billion won. This represents a 30.4% increase in operating profit compared to the previous year. The company attributed this growth to expanded sales of automated dispensing equipment in North America, where revenue rose by 37.9%, and favorable exchange rates. JVM is also focusing on R&D for robot and AI technologies and plans to cancel approximately 70% of its treasury shares to enhance shareholder value.
Cosmetic OEM/ODM specialist Imiine recorded third-quarter revenue of 67.5 billion won and an operating profit of 9.2 billion won, marking an 87.4% and 174.3% increase respectively over the same period last year. The company’s cumulative revenue for the first nine months of 2026 has already surpassed its total 2025 annual revenue. Growth was largely driven by the hydrogel product category, which saw a 65% increase in sales, and a significant rise in domestic orders for sheet masks and capsule-based skincare formulations.
