J’Von “4Mill” Thomas sues Flo Rida-affiliated entities
Music executive, producer, and engineer J’Von James “4Mill” Thomas has filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court against former business partner Lee Tyrone “Freezy” Prince and more than 30 entities. The companies involved, including Strong Arm Management Inc. and Strong Arm Productions USA Inc., are tied to the business operations of rapper Flo Rida (Tramar Dillard).
Thomas, a former vice president of the Strong Arm companies, alleges he played an instrumental role in Flo Rida’s career through management, production, and artist development. The complaint claims that substantial revenue was generated through recordings, touring, merchandise, and licensing, but that Thomas was repeatedly denied access to complete financial records and accounting information.
According to the lawsuit, an audit identified accounts receiving revenue connected to Flo Rida-related business, but critical information was allegedly withheld. Thomas also accuses Prince of interfering with his subsequent business relationships by circulating false information regarding pending felony charges, which Thomas claims resulted in lost professional opportunities. Thomas is seeking a full accounting, compensatory damages, lost profits, and restitution.
