JYSK leases 50,000 m² logistics warehouse in Valencia

Danish retailer JYSK has leased a 50,250 square meter warehouse at the Loriguilla Logistics Park in the Valencian Community, Spain. The facility was leased from a joint venture between Bain Capital and real estate developer Conren Tramway (CT).

This transaction marks the largest lease of a risk-developed logistics warehouse recorded in the Valencian Community to date. As the first tenant of the Loriguilla Logistics Park, JYSK has increased the project's total occupancy to 52% shortly after the completion of construction. The park is strategically located near the intersection of the A-3 and A-7 highways and the Port of Valencia.

The lease supports JYSK's expansion strategy in the Iberian Peninsula. The company currently operates over 230 stores across Spain and Portugal and plans to open 120 new locations in these markets over the next four years.
